How To Order

To order bespoke cookies for your event or gift is very simple. You can find many more designs for inspiration on our Facebook page and Flickr.popart

Much of our time involves being wrist deep in icing so please place your order via email [email protected] providing date and add any theme/colour/packaging specifications.

Prices will vary depending on the detail of the design(see FAQ below)

Since cookies are designed to order for each customer a definitive price can only be given when a quote is requested. The prices below are a guide only.

Cookies may be presented in gift boxes or tins  (adding  £2.50 for a box to £7 for a luxurious tin onto the order price)

Please note that a minimum of two weeks notice is required but due to high volume of orders the lead time may be longer. The order is only booked once the quote has been accepted and invoice paid.

Since items are custom made to order, payment in full is required before an order can be confirmed as booked. Please bear this in mind if cookies are required for a particular date (also making allowances for delivery time). Turn around time of an order can vary greatly due to design and existing bookings. Times will be determined during the ordering process, but rough estimates are as follows once full payment is received:

  • Up to 50 cookies, 2 colour: 7 days + delivery time
  • 50-100 cookies, 2 colour: 10 days + delivery timeColour variations may occur due to differing appearances on the computer screen. For a true colour match, a physical sample is required. If a request to cancel an order is received, a full refund can be made if work has not already begun. Charges will be deducted for any sketches/prep work where this has already been carried out.

Cookies are edible and bespoke so the U.K. distance selling regulations do not apply if you simply change your mind on receiving your order. If they are not as agreed due to our error, a full refund can be made. In this case the item must be returned, in the condition received, within 14 days.

    Packaging & Delivery

All cookies are provided individually heat-sealed in clear cello bags. For gift boxes they are mounted on glassine before the whole layer is heat-sealed.

Occasional breakages cannot be refunded. In three years there has only been one very minor breakage. If your cookies have obviously been mishandled in transit causing major breakages then a claim can be made through the Post Office (remember to provide clear pictures of the damage). Any lost parcel claims are also made through Royal Mail.

Posting large quantities of cookies through Royal Mail is expensive due to the weight of the items. Regrettably couriers will not insure for perishable items so we do not recommend this method of delivery.

We can make direct deliveries for London based companies (order minimum 100 cookies)

We hope to always provide our customers with a delicious and unique product for their friends, family and clients to enjoy and are constantly striving to improve your experience so your feedback is always received gratefully.

 Frequently Asked Questions

There is a minimum order price of cookies to the value of £ 30 for one theme/favour design because of the bespoke nature  of these cookies (this does not include postage and packing charges or a tin if requested). I am happy to work to your budget and explain your options within that budget but cannot give discounts for larger orders since each cookie handcrafted and the same care and attention will be required for each one regardless of numbers.

Almost anything is possible, just ask! I have 100s of cookie cutters and 100s of existing designs on my blog or you can view them more easily on my Facebook page. Email me and I can offer some suggestions/sketches. Each cookie is hand-iced so slight variations will occur but each cookie will be an individual beauty. Please note that because of computer screen variations colours as they appear on screen may be slightly different to the colours as they actually appear.
I feel like I have nailed the definitive vanilla cookie. Gorgeously tender and packed with flavour. It showcases the icing designs beautifully. I do occasionally get down from my high horse to make gingerbread at Christmas and chocolate at Easter and Valentine’s. If you ask nicely I’m sure I can oblige :).
Please use the contact form where you can fill in the date, theme and numbers for your event so I can then give you a precise quote including postage options. I always recommend that you order a couple of extras if you are unsure of numbers as I cannot add these once the order has been begun.
Yes! 200 of our cookies arrived in Cannes earlier this year in perfect condition. Many different cookie designs can be posted very successfully if fragile appendages are avoided so as well as ordering for your own event you can gift cookies to friends all over the U.K. There are various options regarding delivery so you can choose the cheapest or the fastest but please ensure you allow plenty of time to place your order prior to your event to allow delivery in good time. The cheapest (but slowest option) with Royal Mail would be 2nd class £3.50 p and p for a small parcel. Your delivery options and quote will depend on the number of cookies you require and how quickly. The charges also include the packing materials and time spent to carefully wrap your cookies to ensure breakages are avoided.
They are best eaten fresh but will keep very well for at least two weeks in their sealed packaging. After that they will still be edible for several months but the flavour/texture will begin to deteriorate slightly. You could even frame one for posterity as some of my clients have done.
Sorry, no. The cookies do not contain nuts but may contain traces because of the ingredients used and I have yet to find real success developing tasty egg or gluten free cookies.
Yes, I’d be happy to..check out my online tutorials on the blog or sign up for one of our workshops.
