How To Order
Much of our time involves being wrist deep in icing so please place your order via email [email protected] providing date and add any theme/colour/packaging specifications.
Prices will vary depending on the detail of the design(see FAQ below)
Since cookies are designed to order for each customer a definitive price can only be given when a quote is requested. The prices below are a guide only.
Cookies may be presented in gift boxes or tins (adding £2.50 for a box to £7 for a luxurious tin onto the order price)
Please note that a minimum of two weeks notice is required but due to high volume of orders the lead time may be longer. The order is only booked once the quote has been accepted and invoice paid.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Since items are custom made to order, payment in full is required before an order can be confirmed as booked. Please bear this in mind if cookies are required for a particular date (also making allowances for delivery time). Turn around time of an order can vary greatly due to design and existing bookings. Times will be determined during the ordering process, but rough estimates are as follows once full payment is received:
- Up to 50 cookies, 2 colour: 7 days + delivery time
- 50-100 cookies, 2 colour: 10 days + delivery timeColour variations may occur due to differing appearances on the computer screen. For a true colour match, a physical sample is required.If a request to cancel an order is received, a full refund can be made if work has not already begun. Charges will be deducted for any sketches/prep work where this has already been carried out.
Cookies are edible and bespoke so the U.K. distance selling regulations do not apply if you simply change your mind on receiving your order. If they are not as agreed due to our error, a full refund can be made. In this case the item must be returned, in the condition received, within 14 days.
Packaging & Delivery
All cookies are provided individually heat-sealed in clear cello bags. For gift boxes they are mounted on glassine before the whole layer is heat-sealed.
Occasional breakages cannot be refunded. In three years there has only been one very minor breakage. If your cookies have obviously been mishandled in transit causing major breakages then a claim can be made through the Post Office (remember to provide clear pictures of the damage). Any lost parcel claims are also made through Royal Mail.
Posting large quantities of cookies through Royal Mail is expensive due to the weight of the items. Regrettably couriers will not insure for perishable items so we do not recommend this method of delivery.
We can make direct deliveries for London based companies (order minimum 100 cookies)
