I started blogging about my passion for cookie decorating a couple of  years ago. I had already amassed a huge collection of cute cookie cutters and once I got my hands on a piping bag, I just didn’t want to put it down. Earlier in my life, I worked as a dentist for many years before having two daughters, so working on such a small scale felt like second nature. I have designed cookies for every occasion you can think of and some you probably haven’t considered. INGREDIENTS

Vanilla Cookie – Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Madagascan Vanilla

Chocolate Cookie – Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Cocoa, Eggs

Gingerbread Cookie – Wheat Flour, Butter, Molasses Sugar, Honey, Golden Syrup, Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice,

Icing – Icing Sugar, Meringue Powder (Corn Starch, Sugar, Egg Whites, Vegetable Gum, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar), Food colour pastes which may cause hyperactivity in some children.

These food colour pastes can contain one or more of these additives

E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E128, E133, E422, E153, E551 and E155.

Fondant (occasionally used for accents) containing Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Water, Humectant: Glycerine, Emulsifier: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Stabilisers: Xanthan Gum, Carboxymethylcellulose, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Flavouring
